Rainbow

Otto loves shovelling snow - he and I go out with our shovels and take care of business together. One day we had finished the sidewalks but he was still going strong so he decided to make a rainbow.



Here is his other love - rollerblading around the house. Yes, inside. We'll move it to an outside activity this summer. He doesn't so much rollerblade as go about his regular business with them on - play Candyland, read books etc with a zoom here and there in between. He is getting really good at turning the corner from the computer room to the dining room fast!

New Slippers!

These Haflinger slippers cost a mint but I now do not know how I survived without them. They have Birkie like bottoms that mold to your feet and a felt upper that is so toasty warm even Minnesota winters can't get inside!

It is my understanding that some people wear them outside as shoes, and I might consider that in another 20 years or so but for now I heave a big sigh as I take them off to put on my regular shoes before venturing outside.

Back again!

Whew! Weber's made it through a VERY busy end of January/beginning of February (tech fair/I love to read month, cold crazies), and we're ready to blog again!

The good news is that we just had a visit from California with lots of photos to share.

We'll start here with Miss Zadie and Otto having a chat. Otto loves Zadie, loves to pet her head and put his hands on her cheeks, and generally just hang out.
