Packer Backers

Well, Otto and I did our part to no avail. Sigh. He got the jersey from Grandad and Bubbles for his 4th birthday - get it? I got mine from a kind husband. No, we did not paint our faces and I'm not sure if Otto knows who Brett Favre is...

Not a White Christmas

Walnut Creek did not provide a white Christmas but we did get to hear stories from grammie and go for a romp outside so it was well worth it!

Burritos!

We stayed with Molly's family for the first part of the trip and they were kind enough to help me with my burrito addiction - by taking me to Picante. You just cannot get a good burrito here in my neighborhood! Lucy did the waitress thing and made sure our water glasses were full!
Then we had to work those off at a local playground. Eamon, Clementine and Otto worked for quite a while on this woodchip pile but I didn't get a photo of Eamon in there so he has to be separate.

I will start the farthest back. Our first day was at Aunt Sue's making beautiful gingerbread houses (thank you Sue, what fun!). I somehow didn't manage to get out the camera during the creation phase but here is a fun photo from the yard later, working off some of the sugar:
